WHO WE ARE

The program’s intake process allows program staff to immediately engage in conducting assessments of client’s needs. A majority of the clients have needs that usually require immediate attention. Thereafter, the program continues to focus on meeting the needs of families by providing a wide range of comprehensive support services within the agency’s continuum of care. This approach is designed around CFC’s vision and core belief of impacting through services to promote Stronger Families for the Next Generation.
